Francine's Crepe Mix makes it easy to create classic homemade crepes. Just add milk, butter and your favorite toppings like berries, Nutella or powdered sugar. This pack contains 2 pouches that can make 24 fresh crepes.

Directions

In a bowl, Add 1 bag of crepe mix

Add 50 cl (2 cups) of milk to the content of one sachet and whisk briskly.

Add one tablespoon of olive oil (or equivalent of melted butter) and again whisk.

Lightly oil a preheated skillet; and, one scoop at a time, pour the whisked mixture into the skillet over medium low fire.

Cook on both sides. Garnish with your favorite topping.
